As far as I know, the only tool which attempts to do this is fontqa
<http://www.fontqa.com/> So, you can choose to extend fontqa (and, I
don't know how difficult it would be) Or, create a tool from scratch.
It would be nicer to have the latter because a font evaluation should
have a "workflow" and, be extensible as and when new characteristics
are added/modified.
