The RISOT data <http://www.isical.ac.in/~fire/risot/risot.html#0.1_data>
is part of an effort that is handled by ISI, Kolkata and participating
organizations. I/We are not in a position to provide the data set or,
provide access to that. Meanwhile, were you able to get in touch with
Abhishek for discussions?
