[Project-ideas] Regarding project contribution in GSOC'13

Dear Sir,

I am an undergraduate Ist year student from LNMIIT, Jaipur (Raj.), willing
to participate in GSOC'13 and contribute in the project  *"Design and
development of a print ready OpenType font for Bengali". *I am quite fluent
in C programming language, and also know basics of python language(to which
I am gaining command quickly)
Apart from programming languages, I have learnt Bengali for 3 years(which
is only verbal language where i could score 98), which might be an asset.
So, it would be really helpful if you can guide me how to proceed further
as i have already started researching the topic.
I would also like to discuss a few ideas which can be implemented as
projects in GSOC'13.
