You have to explain this in a bit more detail in order for us to
understand what you think the scope of your idea is. It seems like a
nifty thing to have. Although, the duration of a GSoC may be much too
large for a chatbot (subject to further clarifications from you).

I hope you have also seen the ideas that are listed by us.
