[Project-ideas] Adding Grammar rules to existing machine translation systems

I'm very eager to work on this project as it is closely related to my 
work and my interest. I was hoping that may be it can be done,with 
panini's grammar.

Can you suggest me any other technical project which will not require 
the knowledge of Bengali?
