[Project-ideas] [GSOC]: Proposal Submission

Hey guys,

I just submitted my proposal for Google Summer of Code 2012, on
"Translation Editor For DTD Resources", the link to which is:

I would request the prospective mentors and other members of the
community to please go through my proposal and provide me with some
feedback/suggestions on it. This is my first proposal for GSoC and as
such I'm open to suggestions as to how this can be further improved
upon.
