Noticing the need to have a separate forum for discussions around
project ideas we have opened up a new mailing list. The subscription
interface for that is available from
<http://lists.ankur.org.in/listinfo.cgi/project-ideas-ankur.org.in>.
Please make sure that you are subscribed to this list and we will
continue our conversations there.

I'll make the necessary changes on the GSoC Melange Application to
reflect this change.
