[Anubad] Proposed visit of Mozilla staff/L10n to India during Feb 2015

JeffB and AxelH from Mozilla propose to visit India (PNQ and BLR)
during the first week of Feb2015.

The few topics they'd like to discuss with 'L10n drivers' are as follows:

We have a few in mind:

Getting a bigger picture of the role of locale languages beyond the
desktop data.
Increasing local language coverage on targeted Mozilla products.
Discussing new developments in the l10n process for 2015.
Discussing effective collaboration between l10n teams and Mozilla Reps
to hold l10n-specific events throughout India.
Discussing how l10n-drivers and Indic l10n teams might collaborate
more effectively.

These are exploratory, and we hope to get more specific and get
participant suggestions as the date approaches.

mentioned, it would be good to have them discussed prior to the
meeting and created as a read-out for the discussion.
