[Anubad] New bn_IN translation requirements for Firefox Marketplace

"No featured apps found" seems to be translated as "কোন বৈশিষ্ট্যযুক্ত
অ্যাপস পাওয়া যায়নি" In this case, isn't "featured" similar to
"advertised" or, "received top billing"?
