Hi,

I have been contributing to the bn-IN l10n efforts for a couple of projects
[1] & [2] which are currently not under the purview of Ankur India. As
these projects have matured and become quite significant recently, I wanted
to bring these projects to the notice of the bn-IN community, so that these
projects can be managed better as well as maintain better translation
standards.

In this regard, I would like to discuss with this list about what can be a
process by which new projects can be included under Ankur and also
determine how Ankur can help with projects. To start with we can discuss
about the inclusion process for these given projects themselves and then go
forward to establish a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the inclusion
of newer projects under Ankur.

The primary advantage that I hope this would allow us to do is, provide a
standard way of including newer projects, which in the long run can help
Ankur maintain a certain standard quality for bn-IN localizations, across a
wide array of projects and also help reduce possible l10n related doubts
across various projects.
