This is the second time I've noticed this post-script. And, I would
like to take a moment to point out a few things about it.

Irrespective of whether you are a volunteer contributor or, someone
who is paid by an entity to contribute to translations, ankur.org.in
has never made a distinction. It is foolish to attempt to do so.
Contributions towards making an application available in one's local
language is a work of love. It denotes commitment and, a promise to
keep contributing as much as possible. Once you have contributed the
bouquets and the brick-bats - these are all yours. You cannot pick one
above the other.

Having said the above, translations are seen in the context of a
language. And, the usage of a language evolves. Being able to receive
feedback in a structured way indicates an ability to handle user
interaction. The feedback, however painful, has to be recorded.
Traditionally, upstream projects have encouraged feedback to be
recorded via their defect trackers. An Etherpad is not a defect
tracker - it is a collaborative tool and, a very good one. But it is
not an issue-tracker. Please teach end users of your work how to make
your work better by taking the trouble to provide you with enough
detail in feedback.

Since all of you have spent so much of your valuable time contributing
to the translations, reviewing and bringing this to release readiness,
I have one more request - irrespective of your operating system please
ensure that you have the bn-IN build installed and used when you
show-off. Have the binaries downloaded and, at hand so that you can
quickly pass along (instead of having to wait for your potential user
to download from the site). This has the downside of not being
recorded as a download-click on mozilla.org, but it has the immediate
upside of your user being able to quickly use your work.
