[Anubad] Localization Test Cases

I have been hearing a lot about <http://sikuli.org/> and, would be
trying to set it up sometime next month in order to be able to start
doing test cases for a small set of critical applications when it
comes to the desktop experience eg. Firefox, Thunderbird,
Empathy/Pidgin, Nautilus etc

I'd like to keep it distributions independent as much as possible so
as to enable merging with existing TCMS stuff for distributions.
Additionally, at some point in time I may propose a small bounty to
get interested students to contribute and learn a bit about desktop
QA.

The reason for this somewhat non informative email is that if anyone
has prior experience with it, I'd appreciate input.
