Ok, another new term has surfaced... 'plurinational' (democracy). To be precise: 
'Plurinational State of Bolivia'. I suspect it is a very new term and there is 
no reference whatsoever to it in Bengali. Also, there is not much information 
explaining the functioning of this political system (lucidly) to really decipher 
much and coin a term appropriately. Any ideas on this one?
