[Project-ideas] further discussions - improve accuracy of bengali OCR tools

Hi,
After the last discussions and updates on Melange, I would like to know if
further clarification are required from my side.

Also, I have been researching my proposed system for the post-processing
module (as mentioned, I am currently working on a similar project) and I
will be able to decide on the finer details of the same soon.
