[Project-ideas] A validation system for translated strings based upon Translation Style Guides of language communities.

Hello

My name is Turja kundu. I am from Dhaka,Bangladesh. I am a undergrduete student of computer science from Bangladesh 
University of Engineering and Technology(BUET),Bangladesh, currently in forth  year.I always want to work for Bangla 
Language. But I was not sure where and how to start and what is the field to contribute. Working on GSOC projects may 
be a good starting point for me to work on Bangla. May be I am now late to start compare to others but I believe I have still 
enough time to make a proposal for a project. If  I am failure to work on any GSOC projects then I still want to work with you 
or under your guideline to any Bangla related Project.
I have interest on the following topic                                    
·         A validation
system for translated strings based upon Translation Style Guides of language
communities.
·         Add language
grammar rules to a machine translation system
 
If anyone gives me some guideline what materials i have to study
for making my proposal it will be very helpful for me.
