[Anubad] Translate the Mozilla components on mozilla.locamotion.org

Hi,

The Bengali (India) project has now been set up on mozilla.locamotion.org.
We will now shift to translating the miscellaneous Firefox components on
this online system. What this also means is that we will *stop* doing
direct commits into mercurial. So anyone who has mercurial account needs to
be extra careful to not push any changes directly.

So proceed to this URL for translation: http://mozilla.locamotion.org/bn_IN/

You'll need an account to translate. So make sure to register for an
account. After your account privileges are granted you can start
translation.
