The strings are in the files in the repository. bn_IN is not available
via Pootle (it has been over a month since the initial request was
made and, has remained unattended to). You'd perhaps need to get
familiar with basic mercurial operations, hg "cheat sheets" are
available aplenty, grab one and keep the few essential commands handy.

Alternatively, ask Biraj/Sayak to check-out for you and, push on your behalf.
