[Anubad] GSOC 2012 query

Hi guys

I want to develop new virtual keyboard in Bengali for this GSOC. But i have
some doubts, like in which language & platform the development will be?
because if we want to do it in javascript then it can be done very easily.
I am attaching one js file with this mail.
Also i don't have much knowledge about Bengali, but i know hindi & english
well. So language will be any problem?
Please help me.
